LRFM 110 Motorised Roller Lubricators with covered rollers

Description

Description :

The oil is fed to the felt rollers from the center outwards through apertures in the roller carrier spindle. The pressure of the upper roller is applied using a pneumatic cylinder.

  • Oil viscosity at 40°C : Up to 200mm²/s
  • Lenght of application : unlimited
  • Operating speed : up to 100 cycles per min
  • Thickness of material to be coated : 1 to 8mm
  • Vertical movement of upper roller : 15mm

Applications :

  • Blanking, bending and drawing
